Every Tree Elves tree is a premium AAA Fraser fir, the top grade there is: full, even all the way around, and fresh-cut on the tree farms of West Jefferson, NC, high in the Blue Ridge. Then it rides down the mountain to Atlanta and straight into your living room.

How does Tree Elves work?

Pick your tree size, pick a delivery day and time window, and a pair of real-life Elves shows up at your door with a fresh Fraser Fir. We set it up in our stand, hand you a King of Pops 4-pack, sing you a carol, snap a family photo, and clean up before we jingle off.

What's included with every delivery?

Every delivery includes setup in our sturdy tree stand, a King of Pops 4-pack, a merry carol from your Elves, a family photo, and full needle cleanup before we jingle off — no hidden jingle fees.

When do you deliver?

We deliver from the weekend before Thanksgiving through Sunday, December 13 (not on Thanksgiving Day). Each delivery day has up to three windows: morning (9am–12pm), afternoon (1–4pm), and evening (5–8pm). Enter your zip on the order page to see the days and windows available in your neighborhood. Windows are small, so the early elf gets the tree.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the Atlanta area, organized into neighborhood routes so our Elves can spend more time caroling and less time driving. Type your zip code into the order page and we'll show you exactly which days we're in your area.

How much does it cost?

A 6–7 ft Fraser Fir is $200 and a 7–8 ft is $250. That covers everything: the tree, delivery, setup in our stand, the pops, the carols, and the photo. Trees are measured from the bottom to the tippy top.

Do I need my own tree stand?

Every tree arrives in our heavy-duty stand, leveled, watered, and ready to decorate — it's included in the price and it's yours for the season. Already own a stand? Tick the box at checkout and take $15 off. One catch: our Elves are trained on Cinco stands only. We've had bad experiences with other makes, so if yours isn't a Cinco, leave the box unticked and we'll bring ours.

Our trees are premium AAA Fraser Firs, the top grade, fresh-cut on the tree farms of West Jefferson, North Carolina, high in the Blue Ridge — full, fragrant, and delivered like they hitched a sleigh ride straight to your door.

How do I pay?
