How does the delivery and setup work?

Our festive elves arrive at your house fully dressed in holiday cheer and set up your tree so it’s ready for you to decorate. We’ll bring everything, set it up, and clean up after ourselves.

It’s a pop party you didn’t know you needed!

What should I do with the tree decorations when you pick up the tree?

Please remove all decorations, lights, and ornaments before our elves arrive for pickup. This helps us ensure efficient and eco-friendly composting.

What happens to my tree after the holidays?

Once the New Year rolls around, our elves return to pick up your tree and transport it to King of Crops Farm, where it is recycled and transformed into nutrient-rich soil that helps grow fresh crops—including ingredients for King of Pops! To make sure everything goes smoothly, please have your tree (with the stand) placed outside your home for pickup. This way, your holiday tree continues its journey of giving back to the environment and making the world a little greener.
